EG503 OMNI 500L Sprayer EG503

Movie

Features

Diverse fields, diverse tasks. Spraying performance that meets all your needs with a single machine.

From golf course greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to sports fields for soccer, baseball, and other sports, a wide variety of spreading tasks are carried out daily in turf management. Purchasing a dedicated machine for each specific task is impractical in terms of cost, storage space, and maintenance. The EG503 features a compact, lightweight design that minimizes impact on the turf while flexibly adapting to any spreading scenario. A single unit can handle a wide range of daily spreading tasks.

Compact, lightweight design that minimizes stress on the turf

When it comes to chemical application, spray quality isn’t the only important factor. Minimizing the impact on the turf is also a critical challenge faced on-site. The EG503 features a 500-liter polyethylene tank and a compact chassis, achieving a dry weight of 840 kg. While ensuring the necessary spray liquid capacity, the vehicle’s weight has been rigorously minimized. Even when fully loaded, the weight is kept to approximately 1,340 kg, reducing the load on delicate turf surfaces. The compact body offers excellent maneuverability in narrow maintenance areas and locations with many obstacles, allowing for efficient daily spraying operations.

No overlapping tracks. A three-wheel design that protects the turf.

In conventional four-wheel vehicles, the rear wheels follow the exact same path as the front wheels, causing the same area to be repeatedly compacted. The three-wheel design adopted by the EG503 minimizes the overlap of the front and rear tires on the same line, thereby distributing the damage caused to the turf by driving. Furthermore, combined with its lightweight body—weighing 840 kg dry—the ground pressure per wheel is kept low, further enhancing turf protection. The compact, highly maneuverable body allows for smooth handling even in tight spaces.

Simple spray adjustments that respond immediately to on-site conditions

The conditions for applying pesticides vary from day to day depending on the condition of the turf and the management objectives. The EG503 features a simple application rate adjustment system based on speed, pressure, and nozzle selection. It requires no complex settings or specialized knowledge, allowing you to immediately apply pesticides according to on-site conditions. Its user-friendly design ensures that not only experienced operators but also less experienced staff can operate it with ease, ensuring consistent daily application management.

A design that’s always ready for use and easy to maintain

A sprayer is not judged solely on its spraying performance. The ability to rely on it when needed—that, too, is an essential requirement on the job site. Thanks to its simple spraying system and easy-to-maintain design, the EG503 allows operators to handle everything from routine maintenance to troubleshooting without hesitation. Even in the event of a malfunction, the cause can be quickly identified, minimizing downtime and preventing disruptions to the spraying schedule.

This single machine handles a wide range of tasks, with a focus on spreading fertilizer on the greens.

The EG503 is a sprayer designed primarily for precise application of chemicals on greens. The boom can be adjusted to two heights: 50 cm and 30 cm. The lower 30-cm setting minimizes chemical drift, enabling more precise application on the greens. The 18-nozzle boom, with a spray width of approximately 5 meters, efficiently covers large areas such as fairways and rough. Furthermore, using the standard spray hose allows for spot repairs and pinpoint spraying without having to switch machines.

Safety Design for Peace of Mind

The EG503 is designed to meet international safety standards. The engine will start only when the parking brake is engaged and the gearshift is in neutral; while the machine is in motion, the seat sensor continuously monitors the operator’s presence. If the sensor detects that the operator has left the seat, the engine automatically shuts off. Additionally, when the engine is restarted, the pump automatically returns to the off position, preventing unexpected malfunctions. For work sites where operations frequently take place on uneven terrain, the optional ROPS (Rollover Protection Structure) can be installed to further enhance safety in the event of a rollover.

Option: Versatile spraying performance tailored to the job site

In addition to its standard specifications, the EG503 offers a variety of options to accommodate diverse field conditions. By selecting the optimal configuration based on the management area and spraying conditions, it can handle an even wider range of spraying operations.

Turf Marker

Foam generated by nozzles at both ends of the boom is dispensed onto the application area to mark the travel path. By making the application line clearly visible, this system prevents wasteful application, uneven coverage, and missed spots, thereby supporting accurate and efficient application operations.

Wide Flat Nozzle

A nozzle mounted at the center of the rear of the vehicle allows for spraying over a width of approximately 5 meters without a boom. This enables smooth spraying even in locations where it is difficult to deploy a boom or in areas with many obstacles.

Boomless Flat Fan Nozzle

With nozzles mounted on both sides, this system allows for wide-area spraying of approximately 10 to 12 meters on each side, depending on the pressure setting. It adapts flexibly to areas with dense vegetation, hard-to-reach locations, and slopes.

3Head Nozzle

Featuring a revolver-style head, you can quickly switch between three types of nozzles on the spot. Selecting the optimal nozzle based on spraying conditions and the type of chemical enhances work efficiency.

Seat Belt + ROPS (Rollover Protection System)

It can be equipped with a ROPS and seat belts designed to ensure safety in the event of a rollover.
