Features

Body design

The small, green-focused design features a small, easy to maneuver three-wheeled vehicle.
Front-wheel urethane triple tires (wide width type) and rear-wheel wide urethane tires (double width type) are standard equipment, taking into consideration damage to greens.
The overall center of gravity is lowered for a more stable ride.

Advantages of Urethane Tires
Reduces the load on the turf.
Although the rolling pressure effect is less than that of rubber tires, it is effective in preparing the surface after renewal work.
This has the effect of increasing the efficiency of grading because there is less crushing of coring and vertical work areas.

●By eliminating the tire gap between the front and rear wheels, tire marks left after the work has been performed have been eliminated.
●The three-wheel separate type allows stable and high-speed movement.
●All tires are contained within the spreading width and do not step on sand after spreading.

Review of the power load of the work

The hydraulic motor provides the work power, the conveyor belt rotates through a stepless transmission, and the brushes are directly powered by the hydraulic motor.
The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted by using a stepless speed changer. This makes it easy to set up work settings from thick to thin sand, and furthermore, the load on the conveyor belt can be reduced to 1/60, leading to labor savings for the hydraulic motor.
The work can be turned on and off only with a switch at hand, without worrying about the engine speed, making work easier.

※There is no conveyor belt speed adjustment, and the conveyor belt shutter must be extremely occupied when thin sanding.This greatly increases the sand load on the conveyor belt.
By adjusting the conveyor belt speed and slowing down the conveyor speed, the conveyor shutter can be opened, allowing the same thin sanding operation with a reduced load on the conveyor belt.

Work section design

Compared to conventional products, the design of the roll brush with less protrusion and the low-positioned hopper make loading from dump trucks much easier.

Baffle Board (Conveyor belt load reduction measures)

A replaceable baffle board inside the hopper reduces the load of sand on the conveyor belt.
