The Hatsuta HDS-1 spinner top dresser is a 3-wheel design with a compact body that can maneuver easily on a narrow green. With a body length at 2500mm and width at 1600mm, and a turning radius of 2.7m.
The front tire is equipped with Hatsuta original polyurethane tire and the rear with non-patterned rubber tires that work easy on the greens.
Dry weight ground pressure: Front 0.775 kg/cm² and Rear 0.715 kg/m²
Full load ground pressure: Front 1.101 kg/cm² and Rear 1.390 kg/cm²#
Features
The spinners are positioned at a height of 385mm from the ground and 395mm from the tires. With these positions, the spreading pattern will not change much in undulating areas.
With the design of the spinners, having separate top and bottom blades, the sand will be spread directly between the grains of the turf.
Productivity
With the 6.5m spreading width, It will take a shorter time to complete the even and effective top dressing process
Shutter
A secondary shutter prevents dropping of excessive sand in between spreads and during transportation
