Difference between tank car and sprayer
There is no general definition, but Hatsuta's idea of the difference is
tank truck
Based on a standard vehicle, it has a 1000-2000L tank, a high-pressure pump (plunger pump and dynamic jet), a spray hose (standard 50m), and a boom.
However, boom spraying is difficult to perform with a standard vehicle base because of the difficulty of stable, low-speed driving and delicate work, and problems with vehicle rut marks, and nowadays most tank trucks are used mainly for hand spraying operations.
Based on a standard vehicle, so it moves fast.
sprayer
They are designed primarily for boom spraying and often use low-pressure pumps. The base vehicle also has wide tires as standard, considering that it will be driven on the track.
Hose reels are often not equipped, and even if equipped, can only be used for simple spot spraying.
Because it is a general work machine, its travel speed is slower than that of a tank truck.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages, and more and more golf courses in Japan are now using both types of work equipment.

New concept of tank car type sprayer TS-1000
It was designed under a new concept as a next-generation tank car to replace car-based tank cars.
It has a small body size (overall length 3260 mm x overall width 1890 mm x overall height 2175 mm) and adopts rear-wheel 2WD high-speed - low-speed 2-stage transmission driving.
It is designed for satisfactory operation even when fully loaded with 1000 liters, and also for stable running during operation.

Functions as a sprayer① Sentry Hugal pump installed for boom spraying
Hatsuta is also designed for high-water-use spraying. The design allows for smooth operation without slowing down when the amount of spraying increases.
For this purpose, a Sentry Hugal pump capable of discharging 190 liters per minute is installed exclusively on the boom.
Of course, small amounts of spraying can also be done.

Functions as a sprayer② Easy operation (boom spraying)
The boom can be easily raised or lowered with a switch while sitting on the operation seat.

Function as a tank car① Plunger pump attached for hand spraying
A high-pressure plunger pump with a capacity of 80 liters per minute is standard equipment for reliable manual spraying.
With the pump in use, it will be possible to work up to liter spraying (1000cc/㎡).

Function as a tank car② Electric Hose Reels
As standard equipment, an electric hose reel and φ16mmx50m high pressure spray hose with Hatsuta's original Super Flat Nozzle (SF460) are provided at the rear of the vehicle.
Since the base vehicle serves as the sprayer, it can work close to the green, eliminating the need to pull in long hoses from outside the course, as is the case with tank trucks, saving time and labor.

Option: 3-head quick-jet nozzle
Three nozzles are mounted on a single head, allowing easy change of nozzles to suit the spraying application.

Option: Wide flat fan nozzle
A single spray tip can spray uniformly with a spray width of approximately 5 m.
Approx. 200 cc/m² (at 6.0 km/h driving)

Uniform spraying of 5 m without the use of a boom is possible, which is very effective and stress-free in undulating areas or when using agents that do not need to be thought of severely.

Option: Boomless flat fan nozzle
Left and right: one side/approx. 5 m both sides/approx. 10 m spray width, approx. 80 cc/㎡ (at 5 km/h driving)
Spraying on only one side is also available.

It can be easily used in places where boom spraying is troublesome, such as spraying in rough terrain with many trees.

Option: Roof
Awning roof
Make to order: TS-1000 with automatic pressure regulator valve
When precision spraying is required, the spray width must be changed quickly and evenly, depending on the location.
The automatic pressure regulator valve automatically avoids pressure fluctuations that may occur when spraying is stopped on any of the three booms.
This eliminates the need to change pressure settings during spraying operations, allowing the operator to concentrate on spraying.
